Methods
CustomAutoParts.com accepts these major Credit cards:
Master Card, Visa, Diners Club, Carte Blanche,
JCB, Discover and Novus. You can also use PayPal to send money on
call-in orders.
Just follow these three
steps:
1. Shop
To place an item in your shopping cart, enter the quantity
you want to purchase and click on "Add" to add the items to
the shopping cart.
Not ready to checkout
yet? Click "Keep shopping click here..."
To delete an item, click
on "Remove".
To add more items to your
cart, change the quantity and click on "Recalculate".
To go back to the home
page to continue to shop, click on Home.
2. Go to Checkout
When you are done shopping, proceed to "Checkout".
Take a moment to review
the items in your cart.
If this is your first
time at our site, you will need to "click here..." and create
a user account. If you have already created an account, use your email
and password to login.
Enter your billing and
shipping information. If you don't work for a business/company, then
don't enter a company name.
Once you have completed
the form click Send at the bottom to move the the shipping selection.
Our shipping calculator
then submits the weights and dimensions of the product(s) you order
to UPS to provide you shipping options and costs.
Next - select your method
of shipping and press Select button (at the bottom).
Your product total, shipping
and tax (if required) will now display providing you a Grand Total
of the order. At this time you need to confirm everthing before 'saving'
your order and moving to the payment screen. If confirmed, click 'Save
order'.
Enter your credit card
information on this screen and click on Submit Payment.
3. Confirm
your order
Your order number will be shown and you may login at any
time to track this order.
Shipping
CustomAutoParts.com ships all of its products via UPS.
UPS Ground shipping time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, dependent on
your location.
Please note that your order may arrive in more than one
box from more than one location to service your order as quickly as possible.
All shipping charges are based on the total weight and or dimensions of
your order, so that you will only be charged one low delivery price.
CustomAutoParts.com can ship your order to virtually any
address in the United States, the U.S. Territories, APOs, and FPOs. Please
click to see a list of U.S. Territories, APO's, FPO's and Countries that
we ship to.
Check Order Status
Upon shipment (at which time your card is billed) CustomAutoParts.com
will notify you of your UPS Tracking Number via e-mail from our Customer
Service Department. Once you have your UPS Tracking Number, it's easy
to trace your shipment as it moves through the UPS system by going to
www.ups.com. You can log-in at www.CustomAutoParts.com from time to time
to track your order.
Product Availability
Most products ship within 5-7 business days of placing
your order (not including weekends and holidays). Some custom or specialty
products require a longer lead-time. In such circumstances, our Customer
Service team will notify you those lead-times via email. We'll do everything
we can to ship your order as soon as possible and notify you of the estimated
